A: Yes, we do sample orders. Sample fees are needed, but we will treat the sample fees as a deposit, or refund it to you in the bulk order.
Q: How about the quality warranty?
A: We have strict control of quality from material to shipment. We use top-grade CTN as our standard packing, and the surface will be wrapped by PE foam or bubble wrap. If you find our products damaged in the container, free ones will be offered within your next order.
Q: What payment terms do you usually accept?
A: Our payment term is usually a 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy by TT or LC. Trade assurance is available as well.
Q: What's the MOQ and delivery time?
A: The MOQ of our products is 200pcs/color/model, and the delivery time is 15-20 days after the deposit. Some items are in stock, so please contact us before placing an order.
